Cancellation - 48 hours notice

Amendment - 24 hours notice

Amendment/Reschedule:

Clients may amend bookings up to 24 hours in advance of the time of the appointment, this can be done online or by telephone only.
 

If an appointment has not been moved or amended with 24 hours notice we have the right to charge clients the full balance of the appointment cost. (i.e. the payment due in the salon which equals the total cost of the appointment minus any reservation fee/deposit paid online) for any no show to your original appointment time.

Cancellation:

Clients who cancel appointments with more than 48 hours notice will receive a full refund of their deposit. 

 

Clients who cancel with less than 48 hours notice or do not show to their original appointment time we have the right to charge clients the full balance of the appointment cost. (i.e. the payment due in the salon which equals the total cost of the appointment minus any reservation fee/deposit paid online) for any no show to your original appointment time. 

 

Where clients continually cancel or amend there appointments at short notice (regardless of reason) , we reserve the right to: request a non-refundable deposit or non-refundable full payments at the time of booking, remove access to online bookings so that you can book by phone, text or WhatsApp only.  We also reserve the right to not take any further bookings at all from clients at our discretion.
